Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver products not requiring a logo in 5 working days.

Garments with embroidered logos will be delivered in approx 10 working days once the design has been approved.

Delivery of garments with printed logos will vary depending on customer requirements - contact us for details.

All orders are despatched with on-line tracking so that POD requests and queries can be responded to promptly.

Carriage costs for orders over £200 in value are free. Carriage costs for orders under £200 are fixed at £6, no matter how many items are in your order.

Privacy & Security
E & E Workwear take privacy and security seriously. We do not pass any of your information to other parties except:

1). When we use third parties for logos, that party will be aware of garments with your logo, and nothing else.

2). Clients wishing to open a credit account will be asked to provide referees and they will be approached in the normal way (payments records, etc.).

In turn if you give E & E Workwear as a referee we will consult with you before responding to any such request.

Your Personal Data

You can access and browse our website without disclosing your personal data. If you wish to receive information about special offers, price increases or new products you will be asked to register. The information supplied when registering is solely used by ourselves and only to furnish you with information about our products and services.

Where orders are placed using credit/debit/purchasing cards the information supplied will be the minimum necessary for us to complete the transaction. In order to protect your data E & E Workwear utilise Security Socket layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the transfer of data from your browser. Car payments are received at E & E Workwear using protected transaction security and encrypted connection with the bank. No card details are stored on the site and information is always encrypted before transfer.

Returns & Replacements
1) Complaints: In the first instance all returns are at the customer’s expense. If the returns are under a complaint E & E Workwear will investigate the complaint and report findings to the customer as prescribed in our Quality Manual. Where the complaint id justified E & E Workwear will pay the customer carriage costs as per the normal rates available at the time. If the complaint is judged to be unjustified the customer will receive a written response with the customer liable for carriage costs. In the event that the parties do not agree a testing house will be used as arbitrator with the cost borne in proportion to the arbitrator’s decision.

2) Not Required: Within 30 days of delivery any mis-ordered products that have not been logo’d can be returned to E & E Workwear with a re-stocking charge of 20% as long as the returns are in the same condition (including any special packaging) as they were despatched. Unfortunately as our logos are permanent we are unable to take back any logo’d garments.

In addition to using our website account customers are welcome to place orders by e-mail, fax or post.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The presumption is that all goods are paid for before despatch. This can be by Credit/debit card, cheque or BACS. With the prior agreement of E & E Workwear credit facilities will be made available, subject to suitable references being secured. E & EWorkwear reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities without notice, thereupon all monies owed become due for payment immediately
